Dark Room Day Monday
So yesterday was dark room day, and tomorrow is dark room day Wednesday! Yesterday I worked on our assignment that is due this Thursday, "Available Light." My subject was piano keys, and then tomorrow in the dark room I will be working on the final project. Yes, I did a graphic for "Dark Room Days." However, as this semester and my photography class ending, my Dark Room Days post will soon be deleted, well the section will be.

Let me hear ya say LU!!!
Yes I'm finally back at Liberty!!! It didn't fully kick in to realization until I was back on campus last night! I had a great Thanksgiving break, caught up with my knittings! They will be up on Etsy this week, got to choose which day to put them up there. Here's to be expecting: Two baby booties (they're so fun, quick and easy!), a "Victoria" headband, and the FIRST Christmas hat of the season!

Happy Holidays!
~Happy Holidays~
It's that time of year again! Yes the font colors are now green and red, preparing for this upcoming Holiday Season 2010! I'm so very excited for new the holiday spirit! Apparently Blogger is being "Scrooge" because it's not allowing me change my layout to the Christmas season. However, font colors are not stopping me from sharing Christmas joy! I've created this graphic for my knitting business, "Anna Elizabeth Designs." To prepare for the holiday season, I've already knitted a pair of pink baby booties. I'm also starting another pair of baby booties as well. I have found a pattern over the summer I've fallen in love with this Thanksgiving break, it might be my signature style for awhile. Baby booties may be taking the spotlight this season, we will see, I'm still making baby hats! As far as Black Friday goes, I am sorry I have to close down the shop for awhile, but IT WILL BE BACK UP SOON! I PROMISE! Stay tune and become a facebook fan if you already haven't:

Day 7-Meet Adam!
You've might have already met this little Cavalier King Charles Spaniel, Adam! I always love coming home and Adam always would run over and jump on me just to greet me! You'll see more blog posts of him, and more interesting facts along the way! There's an interesting fact about him, but you'll find out later-just continue on reading!
This is day 7, which means this is a week of posting of '365 days-Seasons of Love!"

Day 6-Knitting by the Fire
I love coming home and being able to knit by the fire. This is one of the very most things I was looking forward to all semester, than just coming home. Well mainly I've been looking forward to this all through the summer when I began knitting. In this pic I'm working on a baby square for Neighbors Helping Newborns. We met last night and it was great seeing the friendly faces again!

Day 4-Home is where the Heart is
HOME SWEET HOME!
Day four-Home is where the heart is; the most common saying, as well as: "Home Sweet Home." Yes, I am actually going home today for the first time this semester for Thanksgiving Break. And yes, I've been looking forward to it all semester, not only that this week has been hard and yet long due to assignments, plus knowing today I'll be going home! Here's some photos around my home, and of New Hampshire beaches. (I will post a "Day 5 & Day 6" tomorrow).
Updates: I just got home for Thanksgiving break, as I am finishing up this post! I had not got a chance to continue to work on the post until now.

Day 3-Yellow & Blue COLORFUL.
Yellow has to be one of my favorite colors, blue comes first! Take note, I like roses, but NOT generally Love love love roses... I'll take roses on occasions, but yellow sunflowers are my favorite flowers, oh yes-- I know these photos are not sunflowers (I wish I had photos of them though..) Yellow is one of my favorite colors just because it's sunny, it's cheerful and happy. I know the post is about reasons why I love yellow, but I've got to brag about the color blue too. Why blue? Blue may seem to be depressing, but to me it's calming and peaceful. With yellow, it's loud-my personality is between yellow and blue. Blue reminds me of home because I live about fifteen minutes away from the beach, and it also reminds me of the RAIN!!! Maybe I should also attach Dory from Finding Nemo, one of my favorite characters from that movie and of course yellow and blue!! Both colors I love and both colors make me happy!

Basketball Game!
Day 1 I LOVE ART!
Okay, so I don't know how this can relate to art, but I think it could, I basically designed this (took about two hours)...on a free online program, I think called "Sumo Paint." It's pretty neat. But here's something that's actually related to art...
So the first post goes for: I LOVE ART!! My major is graphic design (I don't know what I want to do yet for it...), but I love creating things, and I'm minoring in photography.
365 Days of Love
I've seen this done on Facebook, which gave me this idea. I'm going to start posting "365 Days of Love." I will post Day 1 later on tonight, of something I love. I also go the idea from the song, "Seasons of Love." (I will post that too on the blog entry later on tonight.

Dark Room Day [11.14.10]
After church today, I went to the dark room and did the photo assignment, "Light Exposure" and did a couple of prints, that turned out pretty well. Over Thanksgiving break (which is five days away!), I will scan in some photos of what I've been doing this fall semester!

Dark Room Monday! [11.8.10]
Hello again! It's been awhile since I've last posted. I think I'm all caught up with photography now, I've been sick for the last couple of days. This week is the first week of feeling better! One of the days while I was sick, I went to the dark room, and could not smell any of the chemicals (weird, but good?) Anyways. this passed Monday (11.8.10), I went to the dark room to do a couple of prints and developed my film for God's Creation. This upcoming week's assignment is Light Exposure. I've been dying to do silhouettes!

Knitting!
I feel like it's been a long time since I last posted, but then again it may have been a couple of days. Today was my first time getting back to knitting! It seemed strange, yet it felt so good to just pick up a set of knitting needles, and watch a project form right in front of my eyes. Knitting to me is a great stress relief and I can just go on and on about it. Ever since this past summer, more specifically since May 2010, I've been knitting for charity, for this organization-Neighbors Helping Newborns. From Neighbors Helping Newborns, my online shop is born, "Anna Elizabeth Designs." I am still knitting for them for Christian Service this semester as well. I also sell my knitting on www.etsy.com. I basically knit baby hats, baby sweaters, baby anything. My general area I mostly knit is baby hats (fast, quick, easy, and fun!) The links are below of where you can search my knitting items. Yes, I also do graphic works for these!

Happy November!
Fall Mini Shoot, 10.31.10
Yes, I did get these photos done on Halloween! I needed to do something for Halloween, even when I'm sick. (There's still a lot more to come). But here's a few examples of what kind of portraits I can do. Amy, my prayer leader, captured these for me, and I just edited them.
1.) I wanted to be like Taylor Swift... haha.
2.) Frames & Text examples.
3.) Without the frames & text examples.
4.) Trees
5.) Bricks.
